Social networks of Net-Ubiep:
The European Net-Ubiep project aims to increase the energy performance of buildings by using the Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodology, during the life cycle of the building. Thus, the use of BIM will simulate the energy performance of the building using different materials and components.
On this basis, the purposes of the project are:
- Identify the professional profiles involved in the construction sector, in particular, in the actors participating in Almost Null Energy Consumption Buildings (nZEB), and defining the specific competencies related to BIM in order to obtain a repertoire of professional figures in this environment.
- Develop a three-dimensional matrix to identify the competencies required for each target group.
- Develop BIM Qualification Models to address the problem of the energy competency gap in existing buildings in the sector as a whole. The BIM Qualification Models will be composed of a BIM Training Itinerary and a Qualification and Certification System. A BIM training plan will also be developed.
